Hello,

I have another (good? Smile) idea.

I noticed that once swapping aircraft the loading data (pilot, any passengers, baggage - data from the W&B tab) from the previous aircraft are not preserved.

In the club we have more aircraft with different loading limitations and it would be quite useful to keep the loading data when switching the aircraft in SkyDemon so that I could easily see which aircraft is suitable for the particular loading. At the moment I have to key in all data always when I change the aircraft.

Thanks,

Milan

You have the option to save as many aircraft as you want to, with what ever loads and then just select which aircraft you want to use with your route

well... that would be a work-around but...

I would have to have one P28A with just me, another one with me and a passenger in the front seat, another one with two passengers... all that repeat for some kgs of baggages... and of course for different fuel... Smile

...and now we start throwing Cessnas into the game...

I think I would still prefer the software to "remember" the loading when changing the aircraft

I think milan is referring to having to re-enter the weight of the pilot etc when he changes aircraft.

For example, suppose I plan a flight in G-VICC with myself and two passengers. I enter their weight. The day before I am switched to G-ELUE. I go into SkyDemon and swap aircraft, but now I have to enter the weights all over again.

Great idea. The software would have to match up weights for loading points with the same name, so as long as both aircraft had a loading point called "Pilot" this would work.
